Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise Device
You currently have an existing subscription for this product.
The existing subscription can be modified from the "Subscriptions" page or you can proceed with adding to your cart to purchase a new subscription.
How to activate your product
Activate and manage your product
To access the product key(s) and the software available for download, please follow the below instructions (please note, one must be a Global Administrator to obtain keys. If you are not a Global Admin, please reach out to your IT department for assistance.)
To download software and get software keys and links, use the following steps:
Step 1: In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to the Billing > Your products page.
Step 2: On the Products tab, in the Software section, select the software that you want to download
Step 3: On the subscription details page, in the Downloads & keys section, choose the Product version, Language, and CPU & file type, then select Download.
Step 4: To download the key, select Copy key to clipboard.
Step 5: In the right pane, select Copy, then close the pane.
Step 6: Paste the key in a file in a secure location and then enter it as instructed during the software installation. The key is needed to activate the downloaded software.
